Specializing in the sales and service of employee benefits, Carolina Benefit Specialists, Inc. of Greenville NC was established in 1995 by Phil Lewis & David Chappell. With 12 full time licensed employees and over 160 years experience in group benefits, we will save your staff time and effort in dealing with day to day issues involving your benefit plan.

Carolina Benefit Specialists, Inc. is a member of the Presidents Club though BlueCross BlueShield of North Carolina. The Presidents Club is designed to recognize agencies that have demonstrated outstanding production and retention of BlueCross BlueShield business. Carolina Benefit Specialists, Inc. has received this honor each year the program has been in existence and is the only agency in the Greenville Region to receive the distinction.

We are the largest BCBSNC agency out of 136 agencies in the Greenville and Wilmington regions, which include all counties east of I-95.
